Agreement to Terms
By accessing and using the services of Engine Repair Toronto, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.
Services Provided
Engine Repair Toronto provides small engine repair and maintenance services, including but not limited to:
- Lawn mower repair and service
- Chainsaw repair
- Snow blower service
- Generator maintenance
- Pressure washer repair
- Other small engine equipment repair
Estimates and Quotes
All estimates provided are approximate and based on visual inspection. Final costs may vary once equipment is disassembled and thoroughly inspected. We will contact you for approval before performing any work that exceeds the original estimate by more than $50.
Payment Terms
- Payment is due upon completion of service unless otherwise arranged
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards
- A diagnostic fee may apply and will be communicated before service begins
- Equipment will not be released until payment is received in full
Warranty
We warranty our workmanship for 90 days from the date of service. This warranty covers:
- Labor performed by our technicians
- Parts installed by our shop (manufacturer warranties may vary)
The warranty does not cover damage caused by misuse, abuse, neglect, improper maintenance, or modifications made after service.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for:
- Providing accurate information about equipment issues
- Removing personal items from equipment before service
- Picking up equipment within 30 days of completion notification
- Proper maintenance of equipment after service
Unclaimed Equipment
Equipment not picked up within 30 days of completion notification may be subject to storage fees. Equipment abandoned for more than 90 days may be disposed of or sold to recover costs, in accordance with local laws.
Limitation of Liability
Engine Repair Toronto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments may be cancelled or rescheduled with at least 24 hours notice. Diagnostic fees are non-refundable once work has begun.
Right to Refuse Service
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone at any time for any reason, including but not limited to safety concerns, suspected stolen equipment, or abusive behavior.
Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Ontario.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any changes.
